-
To promote sustainable and regenerative living in our everyday communities' interactions.

To research, teach, demonstrate and promote forest regeneration and resilience in the face of climate change.
-
To research, teach, demonstrate and promote regenerative and sustainable practices in agriculture.
-
To promote resilience and environmental justice in our human communities.
What is
"Communities Regeneration Project"
The Communities Regeneration Project (CRP) is one of the family of social and environmental justice projects under the umbrella of Placer People Of Faith Together (PPOFT), a 501 C3 corporation. It includes volunteers of all ages, who work on multiple campuses in central Placer County.
CRP has a mission of promoting climate resilience, and environmental regeneration & justice from the ground up. We actively promote regenerative learning and research experiences for students and adults in the local "human" community. We concentrate on areas of carbon sequestration, wildfire protection, forest regeneration, ecological farming, and regenerative living in nature communities. We also hope to be a place where students from many communities can acquire undergraduate and graduate level training in agriculture, conservation, and environmental regeneration. We strive to augment class learning with direct forest and farm, hands-on learning.
Ultimately, we seek to help our human communities form an intimate fellowship with all communities that will give both more resilience to survive and prosper in the age of climate change.
